Motion for Summary Judgment Granted!
Today the Court granted my Motion for Summary Judgment in the Comins v. VanVoorhis case, on the grounds that Chris Comins failed to obey the basic legal requirements that must be met before suing a media defendant for libel in the state of Florida.

Finally, an injection of some sanity.
So, what does this boil down to? The judge WILL make the judgment or has it BEEN made? It sounds to this inexperienced reader of legal documents that the judge made the judgment but I want to verify before getting too excited.
The motion for summary judgment was granted, which means the judgment has been made in my favor.
